It’s been a minute since we chatted! Hey hey, how’s it going, friends?
My parents just arrived from Karachi this week and it’s such a blessing to have them spend time with us and the kids. I’ve got so many updates to share from the last few weeks:
I FINALLY made progress on the kitchen cabinets!! I finished the boxes and added trim to the front so they look complete. I have a local carpenter coming out to take measurements for the doors and he’s charging me $60 a door to make them. That, my friends, is a steal if there ever was one. Let’s pray he makes them well.
Next, I ordered five million fabric samples from TWOPAGES curtains for new dining room drapes. The cats have destroyed the old curtains and it’s time we switched them out. I might just get a neutral color like the one I linked above but I’m looking forward to having affordable designer pinch pleat curtains!
Eesa turns 2 on May 24!!! I cannot believe the little monkey is so big. Cannot wait to celebrate with the family.
